I am new to exercise and training - can i do ONLINE COACHING?
Online Coaching is not generally recommended for "rank beginners" as there can be issues with training. If you are comfortable and competent with basic movements then you should be fine with Online Coaching.
Do you need access to a gym?
Online Coaching works best with individuals who have access to a gym due to the progressive overload techniques we like to include. However it is not a complete requirement it can still be applied.
